SHIPPING

We offer standard shipping for $6.95 on orders under $150. Orders over $150 ship free. US orders only.

Your order may arrive in separate shipments if it includes items from different supplier partners — you'll receive individual tracking emails for each. Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and tracking details will be sent once your order is on its way. Most orders are delivered within 6–10 business days from the date of purchase. Orders containing items from multiple suppliers may arrive in separate shipments.

If an item is out of stock or backordered, we'll let you know within 48 hours and offer a refund or the option to wait. For lost shipments, reach out and we'll make it right.

RETURNS

Full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are final sale.

To start a return, drop us a line at hello@surfurbia.com. Once approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer — we offer a flat-rate return label for $8 if you'd like one, just let us know. Please ship your item back within 7 days, with tracking, in its original packaging and unused. We'd suggest insuring the shipment for the original retail value, as lost or damaged packages remain the responsibility of the sender.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

If something arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours with photos and a description and we'll sort it out.

A small note on handmade goods — differences in form and finish are part of their character, not a defect.
